Refund Policy

 

At Kindred Social, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make the experience fair and flexible for all members while ensuring our events run smoothly.

 

Event Cancellations by Members

 

Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the start of an event. Requests made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, as we reserve venues and services in advance. You may, however, transfer your spot to another approved Kindred Social member (just let us know in advance).

 

Event Cancellations by Kindred Social

 

If Kindred Social must cancel or reschedule an event, members will receive the option of:

 

A full refund, or

A credit toward a future event of equal value.

 

Monthly Memberships 

 

Monthly memberships can be canceled any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused event access once a billing period has begun.

 

No-Show Policy Members who do not attend a registered event without notice will forfeit their event fee. Repeated no-shows may affect membership standing.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.Our policies are designed to keep events well-organized and enjoyable for everyone in our community.
