Creating a Respectful, Safe, and Engaging Community for Singles

Kindred Social is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment where members can form meaningful connections through in-person experiences. To maintain the quality and safety of our community, all members are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.

Respect & Courtesy
  • Treat all members with kindness, respect, and consideration.

  • Be mindful of personal boundaries, both physical and conversational.

  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will be tolerated.

Authentic & Honest Interaction
  • Be genuine in your intentions and communication.

  • Represent yourself honestly.

  • Respect that not every connection will lead to a match, and that’s okay.

Consent & Boundaries
  • Always ask for and respect consent in all interactions.

  • If someone expresses disinterest, gracefully move on.

  • No unwanted touching, persistent messaging, or pressuring others.

Communication Respect
  • If a member chooses to stop texting, calling, or responding, respect their decision and their privacy.

  • Do not continue to pursue, contact, or attempt to reach them through other means.

Appropriate Behavior
  • Maintain a level of behavior suitable for a social, public setting.

  • Excessive intoxication or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event.

  • Follow all venue rules and staff guidance.

Privacy & Discretion
  • Respect the privacy of others.

  • Do not share personal information, photos, or conversations without consent.

  • Avoid taking photos or videos of others unless permission is given.

Safety Guidelines When Meeting Members

During Events

  • Stay within designated event areas.

  • Keep personal belongings secure.

  • If you feel uncomfortable at any time, notify a host immediately.

Exchanging Contact Information

  • Share personal details only if you feel comfortable.

  • There is no obligation to give out your number or social media.

Meeting After the Event

  • Choose public places for initial meetups.

  • Inform a friend or family member of your plans.

  • Arrange your own transportation.

Trust Your Instincts

  • If something doesn’t feel right, remove yourself from the situation.

  • Your safety and comfort always come first.

Enforcement & Community Safety

  • We take maintaining a safe and respectful environment very seriously. If a concern or complaint is raised by another member, Kindred Social reserves the right to review the situation and may ask the individual involved not to attend future events.

  •  

  • Repeated or serious violations of these guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community.

Consequences of Misconduct

  • Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Immediate removal from events

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of membership

  • Notification to appropriate authorities in cases involving illegal or unsafe behavior

  • Kindred Social reserves the right to enforce this Code of Conduct at its discretion to ensure the well-being of the community.
