Kindred Social is a community for singles over 50 in Southern California. Everything we do happens in person, with real people, in rooms where nobody is left standing alone. Choose the size of the room you want to walk into.
Why we exist
Loneliness after fifty is common, and almost nobody says it out loud.
Kindred Social was founded in Westlake Village to do one plain thing: put people in the same room. We are not a dating app and we are not a wine tasting company. We are a club built on friendship first, where the connections that follow have somewhere to start.

The Mixers
Our monthly gatherings across four regions. A good venue, a host who walks you in and introduces you to someone, name tags, and enough structure that no one ends up alone by the bar. Most guests arrive on their own the first time and leave with a few numbers in their phone.

Personal introductions:
Kindred Match
Our most personal service. You meet with us, we learn what you are actually looking for, and then we make five introductions chosen by hand. No swiping, no algorithm, no scrolling through strangers at midnight. Every introduction comes from a person who has met you.
