What a fun night at Pizza Cookery! On May 16, more than 50 Kindred Social singles came out to join us, and it was great seeing so many familiar and new faces together.

A huge shout out to our Kindred men who came out. The ladies definitely appreciated your company, and it is safe to say things are a lot more fun when there is a good mix of men and women ❤️

This was our very first event at Pizza Cookery, and we are so grateful to Bernadette for letting us host there. Also, a big thank you to Taylor, our amazing server, who spent a good part of the night tracking down Kindred members with their drinks and keeping everyone happy. We appreciate all the hard work, the hospitality, and of course the amazing pizza and rolls. Seriously, if you have not gone back yet, you should because the food is really good!

A special shout out also goes to our Kindred team. Luis did an awesome job managing the room and helping everyone feel welcomed throughout the evening. And to my friend Susan, thank you for supporting Kindred from the very beginning. Your friendship, support, and belief in what we are building truly mean so much to me.

One of the best parts of every event is seeing friendships form and watching the Kindred community continue to grow. It has also been great seeing members who have supported us since the early events continue showing up and helping create such a welcoming atmosphere. Kindred started as a place for singles to meet organically, and it has been exciting watching it grow into a strong and supportive community.

We also know there is always room to improve, and we truly appreciate all of your suggestions and feedback along the way because this is your space too. We are excited for everything coming up over the next few months. We will be adding new venues and expanding into places like LA and Ventura, plus bringing in live music nights to create even more opportunities for singles to connect. Someone even suggested a Kindred party bus, which honestly sounds pretty fun!

We are also excited to launch Kindred in Manhattan Beach next month at Diversions Fine Art Gallery. And our Meet Our Member Premium pilot is officially underway. We will definitely keep everyone updated on how it is going over the next few weeks.

And lastly, seeing couples form through Kindred has been one of the most rewarding parts of all of this. It truly could not happen to nicer people, and I feel honored to have played even a tiny role in bringing some of you together.

Cannot wait to see everyone again at our upcoming events on May 29 and May 30 at Crawford’s Social!
