A Wonderful Night at The Stonehaus: Kindred Social’s December Mixer Recap

This past Friday, December 5th, more than 30 Kindred Singles gathered at The Stonehaus for our second-ever Kindred Social mixer and what a night it was!

We kicked things off with casual conversation, warm greetings, and plenty of smiles from both returning members and brand-new faces. It was truly heartwarming to see our Kindred family continue to grow with every event. Each new connection adds something special to the community we’re creating together.

The Icebreaker That… Ended in Record Time?

We did plan an icebreaker, but in true Kindred fashion, our highly competitive singles crushed it in just a few minutes. Lesson learned: never challenge a Kindred single… unless you’re prepared for them to win immediately! 😉

The rest of the evening flowed naturally into meaningful conversations, laughter, and genuine connection. And yes… note to self: no more outdoor mixers until the weather warms up! Thank you to everyone who braved the chill with such good humor.

A Big Win: More Men Joining the Mix

We were especially thrilled to see an increase in men attending this mixer. This helps us create a more balanced and dynamic environment, one that’s engaging, diverse, and fun for everyone. Thank you, gentlemen, for showing up and helping us keep things interesting!

Growing, Learning, and Listening

As our community grows, we continue to fine-tune our events along the way. We listened closely to your feedback and will be implementing several suggestions to make future gatherings even better. Your input is helping shape Kindred Social into the vibrant, supportive, and enjoyable community we envision.

One More Event Before the Winter Break

Our last event of the year is happening this Saturday at 10 AM at Lang Ranch Parkway. After that, we’ll be taking the rest of December to rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones and we hope you do the same.

Exciting Things Coming in 2026!

We’re starting the new year strong with a lineup of activities designed to bring people together in fun, healthy, and social ways:

• Pickleball to kick off January (check out our Events page!)

• Bowling night: a new addition to the calendar
